Problems with Internet? Vodafone launches “SuperWLAN”

According to Vodafone, complaints about poor internet quality have increased during the pandemic and now they want to address that. Therefore, SuperWLAN is introduced. The offer is a combination of three things.

SuperWLAN: software, hardware and application

If you use a Vodafone Easybox 805, you get software that checks the WLAN better. According to Vodafone, only relevant data and no personal information is stored. But SuperWLAN offers more.

For €2.99 per month, you can bring a SuperWLAN extender into your home and set up a mesh network. That’s Wi-Fi 6 compatible. And the third addition is a SuperConnect app that offers Wi-Fi settings.

who wants that you can now book Vodafone SuperWLAN via the website, this applies to new customers and existing customers. But I would be careful and wait for reports, because I have had other experiences.

Vodafone: Consider other hardware

Vodafone is used in my area and if it is a cable network, it is usually because the quality is poor. I used to be a cable customer and was happy when I was able to book VDSL. In the meantime I happily use fiberglass.

But there is another piece of advice from me that I used with my dad: buy yourself a good FRITZ!Box on Amazon. In my experience, it got much better afterwards, because Vodafone’s technology is very bad in my opinion. And I don’t know if it will be a good mesh network with this base.
