However, a general solution to the problem is not yet available. However, those affected have the opportunity to check now if the update block has been lifted or if there are updates for the affected games.

November 22, 2022 – The mitigation with mitigation ID 41990091 has been updated to only protect Windows devices that have one of the few games and apps installed that are still affected by this issue. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the upgrade to Windows 11 is offered if no other protective measures affect your device. If you restart your device and check for updates, it may be offered sooner.
