Re-entry with a tent warming up the soldiers in Ladakh, this is the Cossack Pasapugal | Innovative | ‘3 idiots’ | Solar heated tent for army

Date:

ലSonam Wangchuck, a technician and educator, designed solar-powered tents for soldiers staying in Dhaka’s frozen Siachen and Galvan Valley. It is designed in such a way that solar energy can be used to heat the tents where the soldiers are housed without using biofuels. Lightweight tents are easy to take down and relocate. These are the world’s first solar tents for soldiers.

These tents not only contribute to economic benefits, but also to reduce pollution. Soldiers can sleep in hot conditions without being cold. The number of insulators used in the tent can be increased or decreased with temperature. When the ambient temperature is minus fourteen degrees Celsius, the temperature inside the tank can be maintained up to fifteen degrees Celsius. There are times when the temperature in the Galván Valley drops below minus thirty degrees Celsius.

Sonam Wangchuck, who came up with the innovative idea for soldiers to relax in the heat, is not so familiar, but we know well the Cossack Pasapugal or Funsuk Wangdu inspired by Wangchuck’s genius. How can you forget the protagonist of ‘3 Idiots’ or Nanpan’s blockbuster movie? The protagonist, who is not interested in the traditional educational system, becomes the center of attention of teachers, immerses himself without even saying goodbye to his friends and colleagues on the day of the exam results, and then becomes a renowned scientist world. The story of the film is based on Chetan Bhagat’s book ‘Five Point Someone: What Not to Do IIT’.

But even before the book was published in 2004, Sonam Wangchuck was a bit surprised by the new ideas. Sonam Wangchuck first gained media attention in 1988 with the establishment of the Ladakh Student Culture and Education Movement (SECMOL) campus in Ladakh with a new educational approach. Wangchuck also developed the technology to generate electricity for the campus. His contributions include many innovations to combat extreme cold in Ladakh.

Sonam Wangchuck was seen by others as a fool during her school days because she was different from other students. Wangchuck found the money for his engineering studies on his own because his father was unwilling to leave his son in the engineering field. Wangchuck also attended the School of Architecture in Grenoble, France, for two years for higher education. Wangchuck also worked as a technical advisor at various institutions.

Last year, Wangchuck made headlines for calling for a boycott of Chinese products. Wangchuck’s call in the context of border conflicts. It went viral on social media. At Wangchuck’s urging, actor and popular model Milind Soman dropped his Tic Tac Toe account. Tick Tock was later banned in India.
