A new event dedicated to retro gaming has secured support from several well-known companies and organizations ahead of its inaugural showcase. Pixel Helix announced that Pixel Arcadia, its upcoming digital event focused on classic and retro-inspired games, has attracted sponsorship from prominent names in the gaming industry as it prepares for its first broadcast on Aug. 24, 2026.

Clear River Games, meanwhile, has earned recognition for publishing physical editions of retro-inspired games and reviving classic titles for modern audiences. Those include RetroGamer, a publication dedicated to the history of classic video games; independent game studio Beyond the Pixels; and OldSchoolGamer.com, along with other industry partners supporting the showcase.
The organizers said these collaborations will help create a presentation focused entirely on retro gaming and its growing community of developers and fans.
